THE SITUATION
The Regulatory Efficiency group currently manages regulatory improvement submissions internally, but faces challenges due to a fragmented intake process lacking transparency and efficiency. To address these issues and stakeholder concerns, a centralized portal is needed to streamline submissions, improve tracking, and support timely decision-making for both internal and external stakeholders.
