THE SITUATION
This meeting was about the long-standing greater-than-9 UWI issue. The business made it clear this is a serious data problem that has existed for years and is already causing reporting, reputational, and safety risk because information for wells with more than 9 events is not consistently accessible. A proposed data-focused solution had already gone through OLT and was supported there, but ELT appears to want more information before fully moving it ahead. The challenge now is that Pavan had been the main IMT lead on the design and, since he is no longer here, IMT wants to validate the solution and confirm ownership before committing to execution.

Data Management - core issue is managing well data with >9 events properly
NOTES
The immediate next steps are to clarify what ELT is asking for, share the business case and prior deck, and have IMT confirm whether the proposed CWIS-based approach is still the right path. Graham took this away.
