Import the Engagements tab from the historical statistics workbook into PostgreSQL. Expected columns: ID, Condition, Title, Date of Engagement, Branch, Business Contact, Primary Consultant, Related Engagement, Situation, Notes, Capability Sought, Outcome, Type of Engagement, and Related OA.
Existing identifiers remain untouched; imported records receive new repository IDs and every insert is recorded in the audit history.
